Teach Fractions from Whole-to-Part

Students with LLD often find it difficult to compare and manipulate fractions efficiently from procedure-based methodology.

These students need to use an organizational framework that allows them to visualize, compare and manipulate semantic-based models of fractions using an interactive graphic organizer. After students understand the concepts they are shown how to express the problem procedurally using templates with fading prompts.
